Ingredients

  • 300 g pumpkin (se), e.., Hokkaido
  • 2 apples
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200 g cheese, rated, e.., Emmentaler

For the marinade:

  • 3 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • sugar
  • salt
  • Chilli powder
  • possibly parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into pieces about 1 - 2 cm in size. Hokkaido doesn`t need to be peeled. Blanch the pumpkin in lightly salted, boiling water for about 2 minutes. Then chop the walnuts and also cut the apples into pieces. Add the cheese and sliced ham.
  2. For the marinade, mix together yogurt, mustard, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt and chili powder. Mix the marinade with all the other ingredients. If you like, you can also put parsley on it.
