Ingredients

  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 200 g tofu, natural
  • 150 g smoked tofu
  • 1 kg pumpkin meat, from Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), red, with seeds
  • Oil, (safflower oil)
  • 7 teaspoons, heaped peanut butter, crunchy
  • 3 teaspoons, heaped paste, (Kashmiri masala paste, alternatively curry paste)
  • 250 ml soy cream (soy cream cuisine), (soy cuisine)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce, (Shoyu)
  • water
  • salt
  • 4 cup Basmati

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the onions, roughly dice each tofu and fry in oil. Cut the pumpkin into pieces, add with the chili peppers and sauté. Stir in peanut butter, masala paste, shoyu and soy cuisine. Adjust the consistency with water so that everything can simmer without burning. Finally, season with salt. Boil the rice, season with salt and serve with it.
