  • 300 g nutme squash (se)
  • 300 g potato (s)
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • some chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and also cut into pieces.
  2. Cook the potatoes and pumpkin meat together in a little salted water until soft. When both are soft, pour off the cooking water, but collect it. Now mash the potatoes and pumpkin and add some of the cooking water again if necessary. Stir in the olive oil and season with the spices.
  3. A fine accompaniment to roast in autumn.
