Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 250 g Brussels sprouts (cabbae sprouts)
  • 150 g rapes, seedless
  • 100 g pumpkin seeds
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Tear off the leaves of the cabbage sprouts one by one, as they will not be used as a whole. Then wash the grapes and cut them in half.
  2. Mix the pumpkin seeds coarsely in a food processor. Prepare a bowl with flour, one with the beaten eggs and one with the crushed pumpkin seeds for breading. Now salt and bread the chicken breasts, then add them to the pan.
  3. Heat another pan, sweat the cauliflower leaves in it, and then add the grapes. But just swirl not fry.
  4. Salt and pepper the cabbage sprouts and refine with a pinch of nutmeg.
  5. When the chicken breasts are done, arrange everything on plates. As a side dish, croquettes are quite good.
