Ingredients

  • 1 kg pumpkin (s), pitted, peeled, cut into small pieces
  • 1 large onion (s), sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 sprigs thyme, rubbed
  • 20 cl crème fraîche
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 stalks parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 100 g cheese, (Gruyère), rated
  • 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Fry the pumpkin pieces together with the onion in a little oil. Add the garlic and thyme and cook until the pumpkin is tender. Puree while still hot. Mix the crème fraîche, nutmeg, parsley, the beaten egg yolks and the Gruyère into the puree and mix everything well.
  2. Place in a buttered oven dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes or until a golden brown crust has formed.
