Ingredients

  • 0.25 ¼ pumpkin (se)
  • 4 tablespoon hazelnuts, ground
  • 6 tablespoon yeast flakes
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 75 ml walnut oil
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and pitted. Peel and roughly chop the garlic.
  2. Put in the food processor together with the pumpkin cubes. Add the olive oil, walnut oil and the ground hazelnuts. Add sugar and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Then puree everything finely. Finally stir in the yeast flakes and season with salt and pepper.
