- 0.25 ¼ pumpkin (se)
- 4 tablespoon hazelnuts, ground
- 6 tablespoon yeast flakes
- 100 ml olive oil
- 75 ml walnut oil
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cut the pumpkin into cubes and pitted. Peel and roughly chop the garlic.
- Put in the food processor together with the pumpkin cubes. Add the olive oil, walnut oil and the ground hazelnuts. Add sugar and season with salt and pepper.
- Then puree everything finely. Finally stir in the yeast flakes and season with salt and pepper.
