Pumpkin Jelly with Orange Flavor

I love pumpkin! I cook everything from it – from first courses to desserts. Today I want to introduce you to a recipe for a delicious pumpkin and orange juice jelly. Cooking such a dessert is very, very simple. I can confidently declare that even a child will cope with its preparation. Tasty, simple, fast, and healthy!

Cook: 1 hour 40 minutes

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Peeled pumpkin – 200 g
  • Orange juice – 250 ml
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Instant gelatin – 15 g

    For decoration (optional):

  • Mint or lemon balm leaves – 10-12 pcs.
  • Grated chocolate – 10 g

Directions

  1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and boil until tender.
  2. Pour gelatin with hot pumpkin broth (50 ml) and stir thoroughly.
  3. Add sugar, orange juice, gelatin to boiled pumpkin without liquid (we drain the water beforehand) and grind everything with a blender until smooth.
  4. We pour the finished mass into molds and send the pumpkin and orange juice jelly to the refrigerator until it solidifies. I used silicone molds.
  5. We decorate pumpkin jelly at our discretion. I garnished it with grated chocolate and lemon balm.
