Ingredients

  • 750 g pumpkin meat, fresh
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green
  • 500 g lamb fillet (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 350 ml water
  • 3 tablespoon beef broth (instant)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 pinch paprika powder
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the pumpkin pulp into cubes. Peel and chop the onions. Cut the pepper into 2 cm cubes. Wash the lamb fillet, pat dry and cut into cubes. Chop the clove of garlic.
  2. Let the oil get hot in a saucepan, add the garlic and fry the meat in it. Add vegetables and fry for about 3 minutes. Add water, stock and spices and cook on low heat for about 40 minutes until the liquid has almost boiled down.
  3. With rice.
