Pumpkin Muffins Ingredients

  • Pumpkin (peeled) – 300 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Butter (room temperature) – 90 g
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Flour – 280 g (about 2 cups)
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – a pinch

Pumpkin Muffins Instructions

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix dry ingredients well.
  2. In another bowl, toss eggs, sugar and soft butter.
  3. Pour milk into the egg and butter mixture.
  4. Then add the grated pumpkin there. Mix everything well.

  5. Combine the liquid and dry mixture. Stir the muffin dough.
  6. Divide the prepared dough into paper tins inserted into muffin tins. (You can fill the molds up to 2/3 of the volume, as muffins will rise when baking.)
    Bake the pumpkin muffins in an oven preheated to 190 degrees, about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Cool the finished pumpkin muffins and serve.
