Pumpkin Quiche with Dor Blue Cheese “Autumn Kiss”

  • pumpkin, grated 1 cup (s)
  • zucchini, grated 1 cup (s)
  • egg 4 pcs.
  • flour from 1 to 2x glass (s)
  • salt, spices to taste
  • pumpkin 500 g
  • cream 200 ml
  • starch 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. For the dough: a glass of pumpkin grated on a fine grater, a glass of grated zucchini, 1 egg, salt ‚spices. Mix everything
  2. Add flour, knead the dough, distribute in shape, and bake without being cooked. Add enough flour to make a dough that can be spread over the shape with your hands. We put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes ‚at a temperature of 180-200 degrees, but the cake should be a little bit not ready.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the filling. Now, while the cake is baking, we make the filling: peel the pumpkin (500 g), cut it into pieces, and bake in the oven, microwave, or, like mine, cook in water until soft. Puree it with a blender and add salt and spices (I have a mixture of peppers). Then add 2 tbsp starch ‚3 eggs and beat everything with a whisk. Pour in 200 ml of cream and stir again.
  4. Stir the filling until smooth. Finished filling.
  5. Put the filling, cheese in the cake and bake the pie in the oven until cooked. Everything ‚the filling is ready! And at this time, our cake arrived in time) We take it out of the oven, pour our filling onto the cake, and lay pieces of cheese on top of the filling. We send it to the oven at a temperature of 160-180 for about 30-40 minutes. (it all depends on your oven, I overexposed it a little)), until the soufflé is ready (check for readiness with a wooden skewer).
  6. Remove the pumpkin quiche with dor blue cheese from the oven and cool. Let us cool our quiche.
  7. Slice the pumpkin pie for serving. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
