Mix the maple syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper together. Marinate the chicken drumsticks in the mixture for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° convection (or 200 ° top / bottom heat).
Wash the pumpkin, cut in half, core and cut into wedges. Remove the chicken drumsticks from the marinade and allow to drain (keep the marinade!). Place on a baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes. Then add the pumpkin wedges, drizzle the remaining marinade over them and cook for another 20-25 minutes. Arrange on plates, sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley.
