Pumpkin smoothie with grapefruit and spices

A simple pumpkin smoothie recipe will delight those watching their diet and wake up the body in the morning.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin – 400 g
  • Grapefruit – 200 g
  • Honey – 25 g
  • Lemon (zest) – 1/4 pc.
  • Ground cardamom – a pinch
  • Ground cinnamon – a pinch
  • Dried ground mint – a pinch
  • Ground cloves – a pinch
  • Turmeric – a pinch

Directions

  1. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. We cleanse the grapefruit of bitter partitions.
  2. Transfer the pumpkin, grapefruit, honey, and spices to the blender bowl. Remove the zest from the lemon and send it to the rest of the ingredients. Grind at high speed to a thick juice.
  3. Pumpkin smoothie with grapefruit and spices is ready.
