  • 125 g rice, e.., Lon rain rice
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 g yourt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Then put the rice with the milk, yoghurt and sugar in a bowl and puree. Serve with cinnamon sugar.
  2. Instead of the cinnamon sugar, the rice also tastes very good with fruit. The milk yogurt rice can be eaten warm or cold.
  3. If you don`t like the slightly sour yoghurt note, you can replace the yoghurt with milk or cream.
