- 0.25 ¼ banana (s)
- 50 g blueberries
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

- Pour the buttermilk into the blender. Peel and cut the banana. Wash and add blueberries. Mix everything up briefly at the highest level
- Pour into a tall glass and dust with cinnamon.
- This drink is not specially sweetened because the banana is already quite sweet. But if you want, you can of course add a little honey or sugar.
