Instructions

  1. I use a 250 ml coffee mug.
  2. Due to the water content of the melon, you don`t need to add any liquid. First put the melon with the zucchini and herbs in the blender. Then add the blueberries. Then refine with a little dead nettle and mint.
  3. Depending on the sweetness of the watermelon, you can add a little honey or vanilla sugar.
  4. One type of fruit should be frozen to keep the smoothie cool. It can be kept in the refrigerator for up to three days, but of course it tastes best fresh.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
