  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 1 tbsp (15 ml)

  1. Essential products.
    If you have regular bread, not a baguette, cut a circle with a diameter of about 7-8 cm from each slice using a glass.

  2. From each loaf of bread, using a glass, cut out the middle so that we get rings.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, spread the bread and fry for about 1 minute, until golden brown.
  4. Then turn over to the other side and immediately reduce the heat to a minimum.
  5. We drive an egg into each loaf of bread.

  6. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, until the egg white sets. Then add salt and black pepper.
  7. Put the finished fried quail eggs in bread on a plate and serve.
