Ingredients

  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • 200 g quark
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 400 ml cream
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 100 g almond (s)

Instructions

  1. Put the quark, cream cheese, cream, 100 g sugar, cream stiffener and vanilla sugar in a bowl and stir until the mixture is creamy (not stiff!). Drain the cherries. Put alternately a layer of cream and a layer of cherries in a baking dish.
  2. Let the remaining sugar in the pan slowly caramelize. Add cinnamon (makes the roasted almond taste). As soon as the sugar is liquid, add the almonds and stir slowly with the mixture. Spread on a piece of baking paper to cool. When the almonds have cooled, carefully cut into small pieces (if they stick together) and pour over the quark-cherry mixture.
