Instructions

  1. Put low-fat quark, yoghurt, sugar and milk in a bowl and stir with a whisk for about 3 minutes. Depending on the firmness of the quark and yoghurt, the result will be more solid or fluid - control this via the amount of milk. The result should be a fluffy yogurt quark.
  2. Roughly grate the apples including the skin. Peel the banana and cut into thin slices.
  3. First place the grated apple on a plate, then spread the banana slices on top. Layer the crunchy muesli and finally the yoghurt quark on top.
  4. Tip: Chocolate or crunchy fruit muesli tastes good.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
