Instructions

  1. Mix the quark and butter at room temperature. Add the flour and vanilla sugar and knead until a slightly sticky mass is formed. Core, peel and cut the apples into wedges. Take one apple wedge at a time, cover completely with the batter and place on the baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 200 ° C (fan oven) for about 12 minutes until they have turned a nice yellow color. Sprinkle the lukewarm particles with powdered sugar. The particles can also be filled with other fruits or chocolate.
