Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar with the quark and flavor well. Then add the remaining ingredients and work into a dough (pull a bit tough from the spoon).
  2. Put 1 teaspoon in each well of the hot (buttered) cakepop iron and bake. The baking time varies depending on the iron, so it`s better to take a look in between.
  3. If you like, you can finally coat the quark balls with melted butter and roll them in powdered sugar. I just sprinkled them with powdered sugar.
  4. The dough makes about 40-45 pieces.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
