Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until they have tripled or more in volume. Then gradually add the remaining ingredients. Finally add the melted butter and mix everything into a medium-soft batter.
  2. Heat the oil to 170 ° C and add the mixture with two tablespoons or an ice cream scoop. Bake the quark balls until light brown. They often spin on their own and get through quickly, so it is better not to let them get too dark. Then roll in sugar.
  3. They taste like at the bakery. After tinkering several times, this is now my favorite recipe and that of my children. They are totally airy and light and not dry.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
