  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 pear (s)
  • 2 tablespoon quark or yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon powder (protein)
  • some orange juice, or other juice
  • possibly milk

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the fruit and add to the blender with quark or yoghurt and protein powder. Then add fruit juice and / or milk until the shake has the desired thickness.
  2. Tip:
  3. If you like, add oat flakes, muesli, chopped nuts, chocolate shavings or coconut shavings
  4. Replace the pear with other fruits, e.g. apple, plums, kiwi.
  5. So you can design the recipe differently every morning.
