Instructions

1. Beat the cream with 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar until stiff. In a large bowl, mix the quark with the remaining 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar. Dice the peach halves (set aside a heaped tablespoon full for decoration and mix with the quark. Fold in the cream and sprinkle everything with the remaining peach pieces.
