Quark Cream Dessert with Fine Note Of Vanilla

• 500 g low-fat quark
• 200 ml cream
• 200 ml cream, whipped
• 4 tablespoon sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
• 5 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
• 50 g biscuit (s) your choice (e.. shortbread biscuits)

Instructions

1. Mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar and the bourbon vanilla sugar in a bowl. Then stir in 1 cup of cream, add the low-fat quark, stir again, then add more cream at the end, but beat it until stiff and then fold in.
2. Smooth out the mixture and sprinkle with the crushed biscuits and cinnamon sugar.
