Ingredients

  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 4 tablespoon buttermilk
  • 100 g cooked ham or salmon ham
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, mixed, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • clove Garlic (s), optional

Instructions

  1. Mix the low-fat quark with the buttermilk. Cut the ham (I prefer the version with salmon ham, has more pep) into small pieces and stir into the quark with the herbs. Season to taste with pepper and salt. If you like, you can also add a clove of garlic.
