Ingredients

  • 450 g quark
  • 225 ml milk, cold
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 75 g suar, brown
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • possibly nuts, chopped
  • possibly fruit
  • possibly sauce (vanilla or chocolate flavor)

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix all other ingredients well in a bowl. Fold the cream into the mixture.
  2. If you like, you can also add crushed nuts to taste. Or chop up fresh fruit and mix in or stir in frozen fruit.
  3. If you like, you can also pour vanilla or chocolate sauce over it.
  4. The recipe is also the basis for my layered dessert.
