Quark Grapes Cream

• 1 packet quark (low-fat quark)
• 250 g sour cream
• 150 g rapes, liht-colored
• 150 g rapes, dark
• 50 grams sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it

Instructions

1. Stem, wash, quarter and core the grapes.
2. For the cream, mix together the sour cream, quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice.
3. Alternately pour the cream and grapes into the glasses and serve.
4. Tip: If no children are eating, the grapes can be put in some grappa before they are used and then used.
