Ingredients

  • 1 kg leek
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 150 g cheese for ratin (dependin on taste)

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Wash and chop the parsley.
  2. Press the garlic. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  3. Mix the leek with the tomatoes, parsley and garlic, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Mix the quark with the lemon juice and 50 grams of the grated cheese and stir into the leek mixture. Scatter the rest of the grated cheese on top.
  5. Put in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  6. Jacket potatoes are an ideal match.
