Ingredients
- 1 kg leek
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 2 tomato (s)
- 150 g cheese for ratin (dependin on taste)

- Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Wash and chop the parsley.
- Press the garlic. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
- Mix the leek with the tomatoes, parsley and garlic, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Mix the quark with the lemon juice and 50 grams of the grated cheese and stir into the leek mixture. Scatter the rest of the grated cheese on top.
- Put in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- Jacket potatoes are an ideal match.
