Ingredients

  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 40 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 500 g quark
  • 50 grams sugar
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the pudding powder with the sugar and milk according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Mix the quark with the sugar and lemon juice and gradually add the cooled pudding.
  3. Instead of quark, you can also mix in natural yoghurt, it tastes even fresher.
  4. If necessary, add sugar or other sweeteners.
  5. In summer you can put some fruit salad in bowls and spread the quark cream on top, tastes great!
