• 1 point baking powder
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 1 point vanilla sugar

1. Mix dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients and work into a smooth dough.
2. Dough is ideal as a base for fruit cakes e.g., Plum Cake.
3. If you leave out the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, take a teaspoon of salt instead, you have a zesty batter. B. for a pizza or an onion pie.
