• 150 g quark
• 6 tablespoon milk
• 6 tablespoon oil
• 75 grams sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 300 grams flour
• 1 packet baking powder
• 75 g raisins
• Condensed milk

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175 °.
2. Mix the quark, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt together. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve, stir half into the quark, knead in the rest. Knead in the raisins, form a roll, form 10 to 16 rolls (first cut into pieces, then roll).
3. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with canned milk and bake for about 20 minutes.
