  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

Instructions

  1. First mix the quark, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and the egg. Then mix the flour and baking powder, stir seven and half of them into the quark, knead in the rest of the flour. Shape the dough into pretzels and bake in the oven on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake the electric stove at 175-200 degrees. Bake time about 15 minutes.
