Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well, crush the yeast into the well, pour the sugar over it and cover the yeast completely with warm water. Wait until the yeast has thickened on the surface of the water. Add the salt and quark and knead with the food processor. Gradually add the milk until a good batter is formed. Cover and let rise in a warm place for approx. 90 minutes. The batter should double in size. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C with convection. Shape approx. 12-14 rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. If the dough is too moist to knead, simply make blobs on the baking sheet with the spoon. Wet with a little water. If desired, sprinkle poppy seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, caraway seeds, on top. But you can also do without it. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until they are a nice brown color.
