Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, or mararine
  • 80 g suar
  • 125 g quark
  • 200 g flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • Fat, for the waffle iron

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until smooth, gradually adding the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and quark. Then add the flour and baking powder. Finally stir in the milk. Mix everything well for approx. 1 minute.
  2. Grease the waffle iron, add the batter in portions and bake.
