Instructions

  1. For the marinade, peel the garlic clove and press through with a garlic press. Grate the peel of the lime. Mix the garlic and lime zest with 1 teaspoon salt, a little pepper and 1 tablespoon oil.
  2. Rub the washed chicken breast fillets with it and set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices, wash the peppers too and cut them into thin strips.
  4. Now fry the chicken breast fillets in a little oil for about 15 minutes on both sides, let them cool down a little and cut into small pieces.
  5. Brush half of the tortillas with cream cheese. Cover the coated half with the marinated chicken strips, tomatoes and peppers, season with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle with Gouda and fold the tortilla. It is best to leave the edge a little free when covering so that you can press the two halves together a little at the edge. The cream cheese serves as a glue. Fry the whole thing in a hot pan for about a minute on both sides and cut into triangles.
