Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough, from the refrigerated shelf
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), sliced
  • 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces (drained weight 260 g)
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 3 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon cranberry compote
  • Fat for the shape
  • 100 g crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough slightly larger than the shape. Grease the form, insert the dough and pull up a small edge.
  2. Cut the ham into cubes and drain the pineapple well. Mix the cream cheese with the eggs and crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper and fold in the pineapple, ham and cheese.
  3. Spread the mixture on the dough base and bake the quiche for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with the cranberries.
