Quiche with Mushrooms, Ham and Chicken Ingredients

  • champignons cons. – 1 bank
  • egg – 1 pcs.
  • butter – 150 g
  • flour – 250 g
  • cream 10% – 7 tablespoon
  • chicken fillet – 350 g
  • hard cheese – 150 g
  • ham – 150 g
  • salt pepper

  1. In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, a pinch of salt, chop the butter, grind. Add the egg and roll the dough into a ball. Roll out the dough to a size slightly larger than the dia of the mold. Transfer the dough to a mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Place the mushrooms, ham, and chicken on the quiche dough in a baking dish. Season the chicken fillet with salt, pepper, and fry in a grill pan (or regular pan) until tender. Cut into cubes. Cut the ham into strips, grate the cheese. Combine chicken, ham, mushrooms, a little cream. Put the filling in the mold.

  3. We bake quiche with mushrooms, ham, and chicken, sprinkled with grated cheese in the oven. Sprinkle with grated cheese, pour over the remaining cream. Bake for 45 minutes. at 180 degrees.
