Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, round, from the refrigerated shelf
  • 200 g cream cheese (herbal cream cheese)
  • 1 small tomato (s), dried in oil, drained
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g Parma ham
  • possibly garlic
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 150 ml cream, possibly half mixed with milk
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Line a tart pan with the puff pastry base, using the existing baking paper mat.
  2. Brush the bottom with the cream cheese, chop the tomatoes a little and spread them on top (the amount can be varied, it depends on personal taste), loosely spread the Parma ham on top, also the chopped paprika.
  3. Mix eggs and cream, season with salt and pepper and pour onto the prepared filling. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  4. The topping can be pepped up with fresh herbs, e.g. thyme or rosemary.
