Instructions

  1. Peel the ripe avocado, remove the stone, mash with a fork and drizzle with the lemon juice. Press the garlic clove through the garlic press and add to the avocado mousse. Season with salt and pepper and finally mix in the creme fraiche.
  2. Is super delicious with many things. You can also mix in prawns or crabs.
