- 2 large potatoes
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- some salt and pepper
- some paprika powder

- Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into slices approx. 0.5 cm thick. Mix the olive oil with paprika powder, salt and pepper.
- Turn the potato slices in the marinade on both sides, then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cook at approx. 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for approx. 20 minutes.
