Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into slices approx. 0.5 cm thick. Mix the olive oil with paprika powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Turn the potato slices in the marinade on both sides, then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cook at approx. 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for approx. 20 minutes.
