Quick Banana Mousse with Cocoa

If you have ten minutes at your disposal, then you can spend it making a delicious and delicate banana mousse. You don’t need any special culinary skills to make such a banana dessert.

Ingredients
- Ripe banana – 1 pc.
- Fatty sour cream – 3 tbsp
- Cocoa – 1 tbsp (taste)
- Sugar (optional) – 1 teaspoon
- For decoration (optional):
- Chocolate to taste
- Fresh mint – 1 sprig
Directions
- For dessert, you need to use a soft and fully ripe banana, since these are the bananas that have the most pronounced aroma. Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
- Add high-fat sour cream to the banana slices. (Instead of sour cream, you can use semi-liquid curd mass.)
- Pour in the banana-sour cream mass of cocoa. Enough 1 tablespoon of cocoa or even less so that the cocoa does not feel too strong in the mousse.
- Now you can add a little sugar to this mass if you like sweeter desserts. But you can not add sugar at all, because the banana itself is quite sweet.
- Stir all the ingredients and purée with a blender to make a completely homogeneous mass.
- That’s all. In a few minutes, a delicate banana dessert with a very pleasant taste turned out. It remains only to put it in a bowl (bowl) and decorate, for example, with chocolate chips and a sprig of mint. If you used warm foods to prepare the dessert, then it is advisable to chill it before using it – this way the dessert will be most delicious.
