Ingredients

  • 500 g quark
  • 100 g suar, more if necessary
  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cremefine
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the quark in a bowl. Drain the cherries well and add them. Mix the whole thing with the sugar until it has dissolved. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold in carefully. Possibly fill into glasses or put the whole bowl in the refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes until serving.
