  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Transfer the chicken pieces to a bowl, add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, turmeric, 1 tablespoon sunflower oil, and minced garlic.

  3. Remove the chicken fillet from the refrigerator after 30 minutes. Cut the canned pineapple rings into small pieces.
  4. On wooden skewers, string alternately pieces of marinated chicken fillet and pieces of pineapple.
