Quick Chicken Kebab With Pineapple

Chicken fillet skewers with pineapple pieces on wooden skewers are quick and easy to prepare. This is a great dish for a holiday – such kebabs are convenient to serve at the table, they look elegant and appetizing. Fans of a combination of meat and fruits will definitely like this dish!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 350 g
  • Canned pineapple – 3 rings
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp for marinade + 40 ml for frying
  • Turmeric – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Transfer the chicken pieces to a bowl, add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, turmeric, 1 tablespoon sunflower oil, and minced garlic.
  2. Stir the chicken and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken fillet from the refrigerator after 30 minutes. Cut the canned pineapple rings into small pieces.
  4. On wooden skewers, string alternately pieces of marinated chicken fillet and pieces of pineapple.
  5. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan to fry the skewers. Grill the chicken skewers in a skillet over low heat, turning frequently, for about 10 minutes.
  6. Quick Chicken Pineapple Kebabs are ready to serve.
