Ingredients

  • 200 g quark
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g dark chocolate, 80% cocoa content
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, instant (Kaba)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream with the sugar and beat until stiff.
  2. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt in the microwave. Mix with Kaba and stir until smooth.
  3. Fold the cream into the quark and finally add the Kaba chocolate mixture and fold in as well.
  4. A chocolate cream that is not too heavy in the stomach can be prepared that quickly.
