Ingredients

  • 600 g crabs, as small as possible
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes, finely chop the dill. Mix the shrimp, diced onion, dill, sour cream and oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice (be careful with salt as the crabs can be quite salty).
  2. Tastes particularly good with jacket potatoes or toasted bread.
