Ingredients

  • 130 g whole wheat flour
  • 130 g oatmeal
  • 45 g sesame seeds
  • 45 g flaxseed
  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 50 ml oil
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and spread thinly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  3. Put the baking sheet in the lower third of the oven and bake for 20 minutes at approx. 180 ° C fan oven. Then take it out and cut into the desired size with a pizza cutter.
  4. Then bake for another 20-30 minutes. In between, if necessary, remove the edge pieces.
  5. Then let it cool down and serve with dips.
