  • Sugar – 40 g
  • Flour – 7 tbsp
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vinegar – 1 teaspoon

  1. Drive eggs into a bowl, add cottage cheese to them.
  2. Stir with a whisk, add sugar. Stir again.
  3. Add flour. Stir again.
  4. Now add the vinegar slaked soda.
  5. Stir again.
  6. Heat vegetable oil on the stove in a bowl. Using a tablespoon (pre-dipping it in hot oil) put the donuts in the butter. If you dial 0.5 tbsp of dough, donuts will turn out to be small and it will be more convenient to eat them. And you can dial 1 tbsp of dough, in this case, the finished donuts will be larger in size.
  7. Fry donuts over medium heat for 2-4 minutes.
  8. Place donuts on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve donuts to the table!
