Quick Eberswalder Sausage Salad

• 1 packet sausages (Eberswalder)
• 150 g cheese (Maasdammer)
• 1 small onion (s)
• 5 gherkins
• 6 tablespoon ketchup (Werder Premium)

Instructions

1. Halve the sausages lengthways and cut into thin slices. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Peel the onion and dice it very finely. Halve the gherkins lengthways and cut into small slices.
2. Put all ingredients in a bowl, pour the ketchup over it and mix everything thoroughly.
3. Serve the salad with fresh bread.
