  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Dill greens – 5 g
  • Parsley greens – 5 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  1. We will prepare all the products. Any sea white fish fillet will work for this casserole.

  2. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan and fry the onion until transparent, 4-5 minutes.
  4. Cut the fish fillet into pieces the size of a matchbox.
  5. Add the fish fillet to the onion in the pan. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. We will cook fish and onions in a pan for 5-7 minutes.
  7. In a bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, finely chopped dill, and parsley.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the fill well.
  9. Put the fried pieces of fish with onions in the egg-sour cream filling and mix everything well.

  10. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil from the inside. Put the fish and onions and pour into the mold. Let’s send the form to the oven preheated to 180-190 degrees. Cooking fish casserole for 25-30 minutes.
